16bet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 16bet platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you are not on any self-exclusion list, that gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and payment details — is accurate and truthful. 16bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Clause 2

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 16bet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. If 16bet detects duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to immediately close all related accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any balances in those accounts pending investigation. Players who suspect they have accidentally created duplicate accounts should contact support immediately to resolve the issue before funds are affected.

Clause 3

Account Security and Confidentiality

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 16bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 16bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 16bet support immediately. 16bet cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Clause 4

Intellectual Property

All content on the 16bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 16bet or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the 16bet platform without the prior written consent of 16bet. Unauthorised use of 16bet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action.

Clause 5

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 16bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 16bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions. 16bet will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance. The platform's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Clause 6

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, or financial transaction, the Player must contact 16bet support within 30 days of the relevant event. 16bet will investigate the dispute using its internal records, which are regarded as definitive and authoritative. 16bet's decision on any dispute is final and binding. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal resolution process may seek further recourse through independent mediation. 16bet does not accept liability for disputes notified more than 30 days after the event in question.

Clause 10

Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players or casino staff; using automated bots, scripts, or other software to play games or place bets; engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers; money laundering or using the platform to process or conceal funds of illegal origin; and misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC verification. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or circumvent 16bet's security measures will result in immediate account action and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 11

Account Suspension and Termination

16bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or any other activity that 16bet reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. Upon account closure, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
